My grandson was playing baseball with his grandpa and a ball it the neighbors garage and caused a small hole. I live in a townhome and the neighbor called the board who sent out a contractor to fix it.
the contractor was here 10mins and replaced one sheet. Five minutes after he left I received a email that I would have to pay the bill. I don’t dispute the damage or paying however shouldn’t I have had the option of getting bids on it I don’t feel that I should have to pay for the person they sent out when it was bid out for dollars. Can I get three bids and then compare to the bill they send me and dispute the cost.
