My daughter got in trouble when she was 17 for menacing the judge put her on a tight rope Gabe her rules and if she broke them she would be held in Contempt. Well she missed 30 assignments. So he got her for Contemt of court and me ( her mom) He sent her to military school for 22 weeks in Harlan Ky. Told her if she completed she would be done. She completed and he told her she Has to get her GED and until then she has to go to court every 2 months where he is nasty to her. She is now 19 still having to go to court. Can he hold her ?? She now lived on Ohio with her dad and he knows and is Still holding her. Can he do this by Law????
