I lied to the police and I think I’m charged with obstruction of justice (my court letter didn’t come yet). This would be a class 2 Misdemeanor in my state (OH). What penalties would I face and how long would I have to wait until I get my records sealed and expunged? Also, I am moving to a different state. Would that change any of the sealing/expunging process at all?
