hello good day, i am an 18 year old girl wanting to ask for your legal advice. So here is the situation, my brother just borrowed the tablet from me but later on i found out that my bro(dan) and the other guy named (gilbert) garment my tablet to a person which i really dont know and i didn’t know about their plan then gilbert showed up to our house saying that he will claimed it and return to us but he has no money to pay for it so he ask us to pay for it to be able to get it back and because i want to get it back i ask my grandma to give him the money he needs for claiming but after a week he never showed up to us we’ve been contacting him but he just say he has it and he will return it but until now he never returned it to me..and i want to file a complaint or case to him, since my brother was just 16 years old which.means his a minor and i think gilbert took advantage of him to get my tablet and garment it to another person. what can i possibly file for him because i really wanted to get it back or get justice from what he did. can you please tell me and gave me some advife on what to do, i really need your help thank you and Godbless.
