Me and the father of my 2 children have recently separated for a year now he has had our two children for maybe a month in a half. He starts threating me saying I will never see them again they don’t need me now mind you I took care of all of us on my own for 6 years. Long story short I go to pick my kids up from him I put my daughter in the car my son was still in the house he is two years old. the door was open so I walked in now again I used to live at this residence some years ago I know the owner I ask the owner as he sits on his couch never once telling me to get out I ask the owner of the house if my son was upstairs he said yes I went up to get him out of the bed and his father comes at me almost pokes my eye out makes it bleed now I am holding our child he knocks me down with him in my arms he then proceeds to grab my hair and pull my head down and starts ramming his knees into my chest and face and head our son still in room I finally get away and I get arrested for trespassing he doesn’t go to jail at all. the owner of the house did not press charges the cop did…. I need the best advice I can get please the safety of my children depend on it ….the state is Mississippi the county is Desoto and the town is olive branch …oh and more thing they never let me press charges on him that day for beating me like a man the olive branch police department had the nerve to tell the father of my children sorry as they uncuffed him now to me this is not justice I need help
