I have a little problem . Felony PTI requirements completed in middle of July seen PO .PO was supposed to send PTI completed they said they would about 5 days later. Now it is August state never received PTI completion. Spoke with PO today they said they were just waiting to here back from state. But when I told them I spoke with state they than said they would check their records than said it was never sent so PO said they would send by end of week. My problem is I have trouble with transportation and have a tentative appointment on the 18th. How long does it normally take for state to nolle pros comp PTI. And how come PO still taking so long when they didn’t even put it in 3 weeks ago like they said. I just want this to be behind me as soon as possible. Is there anything I can do I don’t even know if I trust that PO is putting in completion again.
