Hello… Well this will be a little hard to explain because it didn’t happen to me, but to my boyfriend. About four months ago, in May of this year, my boyfriend had a nervous break down in school, and during his break down, he damaged school property and hurt himself. He was placed in a mental hospital for about four weeks and recieved treatment and paid the expenses for the damaged school property. It was ruled that he must do community service as well, or else they will put him in juvenile Detention. Well fast forward to now and the community service center he has been working at, no longer wants to let him work there, and now the school and I guess the community service officer is talking about putting him in Juvie. My question is, do they have a severe enough case that will put him in juvie? I’m sorry for not giving a lot of information, but this is as much information as I know. I’m not even sure if you will be able to answer this, but any answer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
