So lets say someone is on craigslist, and post under “Personals” they are looking to meet up with someone, one night thing, so he gets a response from a girl. KEEP IN MIND: Whenever someone is going to look on the personal ads they have to check yes or no to enter into the site if they are 18. So they start texting and the unknown minor asks for a picture of the man, and he sends one of his face, so now the girl knows he is an older man, but proceeds to ask for a genital picture and so he sends it. Now her father sees the pictures and wants to press charges. How does this all work out?
