I would like to know how is possible for a judge to give my grandson grandmother guardianship of my grandson when my son has always been in his life mother was killed in a car accident the grandmother went down and file for temporary guardianship in Probate Court and a judge granted it my son has always been in his son’s life the mother and my son had a great Co parent relationship I don’t know what it is this lady is telling these people of the courts they refuse to move it out of probate court and taket in to praternity court and we have lawyers and they are denying him the right to have his son I just want to know how is this possible my son works pays child support he’s always been in his life and I’m just trying to understand why is it that this judge is keeping my son from his child how is this possible they did not say he was unfit he has a place to stay his own room the grandmother has the attorneys of Keller & Keller for the wrongful death lawsuit she wants the money I think they’re all working together how is this possible please somebody tell me how is this possible
