HI another 6th grader at my daughter’s school got a universal key to get into my daughter’s locker stole her brand new I-phone 6S shattered the screen and got caught with it by my daughter. The school says they can’t make the girl’s family pay and they have not even attempted to call me yet. If they don’t give me the 149.00 for the deductible for a new phone should I press charges since it was intentional? they could of had to pay the entire amount which would be around 600.00 if we didn”t have insurance on it. I just can’t believe they haven’t even called me.
