Ok, my boyfriend is being charged with rape. Idk what to do or how to think of the situation. There was no rape involved and the woman is only filing a rape charge because at the time before this began. They did have sex. But I didn’t believe her so she is now filing a rape charge against him. I just wanna know what can I or me and him do to keep him from going to prison for something that never happen. When only him and her are the only two that really knows what happen. I know in court they are going to take her side versus his cause Minnesota is a woman state. Can you please help me?
