If my father dies before his wife of 51yrs, makes his son power over his estate, if our moms name is on one of his accounts, does that mean that she has full entitlement, despite my brother’s access to the account? What counts as being included or excluded in the estate. Pensions and Social Security can only be left to surviving spouses.
