my boss wrote me up and suspended me for a week because of a message I sent my wife on the poor management by my boss. He said he saw it on my phone while a subordinate said they saw him pick it up and possable put in my code to unlock. Is this not a major invision of privacy and should I lawyer up and go after him and company?
