If i was charged with a 3rd degree felony as a juvie, and i did all the community service as well finished the pre trial diversion and never hand any more problems with the law. This happened back in 1985 here in Florida, and I have contacted the Dept of Juvie Justice they have no record of my past and when i did a background for my job and my fingerprints came back clean do i still have a record and can i say i have no record?
