I live in Minnesota and I was wondering if I would get in legal problems if I buy the plants known as psychotria viridis or other plants such as banisteriopsis caapi, or mimosa hostilis. In the 1971 convention on drugs It says that these plants in there natural form are not under any control, it’s only The extraction of DMT witch a schedule 1drug , is there anyway of buying these plants without getting into legal issues?
