please help me. there was some money stolen from a old client i use to work with and the police called me in, when i went there. they notice i was recording them so they hand-cuffs me and took my phone away. when they realest me, later on that day. i ask the offer for my phone and he refuse to give it to me without an warrant or nothing he said i should buy a new phone because they are now taking my phone away
