Well we just moved into an apartment complex about 8 months ago. First thing we noticed was there are so many non-running vehicles which seemed to be abandoned. Well my 8 year old son and a friend decided to play tag near a vehicle, anyways my son came running back in scared, crying. He said a man and woman confronted him about the car which appeared to have been damaged. The entire top is smashed in. The officer did not press charges against my 8 year old son but the lady wants to. What should I Do? There are no witnesses.. My son jus happened to be near car when a man approached him. Another thing is there are more than 15 kids who play outside. I also checked vehicle and the sticker on license plate expired February 2017.
