I been living in my town for 20 years. I was a speed demon in my early years. I have gotten a few tickets. I had my record sealed. I am now a cdl holder i take better care of my driving record now I haven’t got a ticket in 5 years where I live. Until December I forgot I wasn’t in my truck I had just drove 11 hour’s. The judge is looking at all my tickets in 20 years saying the recent is number 12 and wants to suspend my license but my mvr is clean the prosecution agreed to reduce to zero points and pay fine but judge wants to suspend is this legal I paid 800 dollars to seal my record the judge is looking at everything. How can he suspend my license
