Hello my note is for Judge Pacheco @ the Los Angeles Children’s court .. case G Harrison vs R Monterastelli first my ex husband to be lied under oath about me & never mentioned our triplets where born by surrogacy . His Atty well aware & both proceeded to lie , do to paying child support. Long story short this man blind sided me after 12 years of being together . Judge Pacheco orders where fair and he stated to me ” Respondent what u do to straighten your life, will strengthen ur case .. i trusted this man and to the point of being left homeless .. i took the judges advice made my life very strong, returned to court in hopes for JUDGE PACHECO TO HEAR MY YEAR LONG JOURNEY THAT I WORKED SO HARD TO BRING OUR GIRLS HOME TO ME, CONSIDERING I WAS THERE FULL TIME CARE GIVER SINCE BIRTH! Instead the ex atty filed a brand new trial .. NO TRANSCRIPES SENT TO NEW JUDGE.. FIRST JUDGE SAID TO HEAR RESPONDENT UPDATES THE COURT / JUDGE DIDNT NEED 3 DAYS AND HE WAS ONLY OPEN FOR ONE DAY.. WELL THIS CASE STARTED ALL OVER NEW JUDGE TOOK AWAY MY JOINT LEGAL ETC MADE ME LOOK LIKE A TERRIBLE MOM ..I NEVER LIED UNDER OATH .. I NEED HELP WHY DOES THIS SYSTEM ALWAYS SIDE WITH THE LYERS ., THE ATTY EVEN LIED AND SIGNED MY NAME TO PAPER WORK .. MY ATTY WASNT VERY GOOD AT TRIALS .. I THOUGHT IT WAS A MODAFCATION .. MY EX KEPT MY CAR … ONLY PAYS 699. FOR 3 HE MAKES OVER 13 GRAND AMONTH ITS PUBLIC RECORD FOR CITY OF BURBANK G HARRISON JOUNERY LINE MAN

HE HAS LIED TO THE COURT ABOUT SAVINGS .. OUR GIRLS ARE 10 TIME IS GOING BY ..THE GIRLS WANT 50 50 IM ENTITLED TO AT 2500. AMONTH .. THIS MAN WORKED 24 7 WHEN GIRLS WHERE BORN 12 PM NOON TO 12 MIDNIGHT WEEKENDS OVER TIME ..
