Hi. My boyfriend is in prison. He had an adjucation for a phone battery what he said hes not guilty for. Hes turned up on the 13th march with his witness. He was told it been put of till the 28th. He argued and tryed to get in as his witness gose home on the 23rd. They refused to allow him entry to the csu. Claminging its put off till the 28th. Then next day he gets a new realiese date with 28added days.. Now the prison has accepted he was there. Cctv show him and the witness there that morning. Officers who kno him confirm he was there. Even the officer he told him at the csu he cant enter, has said yes he did turn up and he was told to tell him its been put off. Now he should be home on the 10of may but these 28day cant come of as they say he needs a judge to overturn it. But they accept the fault. Is ther anyway you could look into his case?? Solicitor sais its unlawful but cant do nothing as its to short..
