Hello my fiance was locked up back in 2011 on a carjacking charged which he did six years for and appealed his case and got offered a mental health drug program which he did four months in and last Thursday was his last day and the couselor told him upon going to court last Friday that she was going to tell the judge he competed the program and is ready to be released on probabtion. So when they get to court the counselors switched up and told the judge he’s to aggressive and has anger problems to be released so they recommend he go to a halfway house or a transitional house for 30 days but he didn’t have a md address so the judge step him back with currently no new charges and he goes back to court next Friday the 21st so what will happend when he go back.
