Hey I am a bit confused by this. I’ve been told it’s 16 that you can legally have sex with someone 18 or over. I have also been told that its 18 when you can have sex with who ever. I live in the state of Pennsylvania, I am 17 years of age and I want to know if i have to wait until my 18th bday to legally be able to or if i already am legal.
