My son is 17. He violated his original probation, that was to end in September. He was detained 6 days and sent home with an ankle device, has to attend drug court and classes 3x’s a week. The judge gave him a year of this new probation. My dilema is… In january 2013 he turns 18, and no longer falls under juvenile age groups. Does his files get expunged in January?
