I am a minor, who was caught trespassing on the roof of a school. I have already had a meeting with the assistant clerk magistrate about this and he decided to let us off with just a warning to never get in trouble again. So for a job application i was wondering, is this a conviction? We said that we did it, but received no punishment, so is it?
