What can my mom do if she’s having trouble with my 16 yr old brother, there’s days where he doesn’t come home from school n gets home at 1am n is also consuming drugs, he has a cousin there in the neighborhood where his mom covers for him, the cousin sells drugs n consumes them too, my mom has issues with them n my brother disrespects her n gives her attitude, my mom got a warning letter from school cuz of my brothers abscences but she drops him off everyday at school n its obvious he skips, what can be done?
