If i had been caught stealing from a store, but the store is no longer that store chain and was bought out from another company, is it illegal to shop or be on the property? there was no record of the offense? And there is an employee that is harrassing and trying to publicly humiliate me in front of peers and other employees, can there be anything done about it? And can i go into the store now that another company owns it?
