We have attached below a website with legal information about minors getting married in Texas. Laws change so you have to check at your local library if these laws are current. A reference librarian will be able to assist you. As you can see, marriage requires the consent of a parent if you’re under 18, but a judge may, in special circumstances, grant you permission without that consent – but it’s rare that a judge would do this. You may have to wait until your parents agree or until you become an adult. Good luck.
