What do i answer, arrested but not charged or not arrested at all?

When I was 16, I was on craigslist trying to hook up with another person, and the short of it was that they were the police (whoops). Anyways, I don’t think they arrested me (never read me my miranda rights), but they mumbled something about intent of possesion or something ( Because they later told me they were part of the crimes against children on the internet division and they were looking for pedophiles.) and then they did take me to the station because I had sent them a pic and asked for one in return ( 16, so we would be of legal age to have sex but you can’t have nude pics till 21 ). They didn’t take my fingerprints, but they did take a picture of me. Afterwards, he asked me my age, and where I went to highschool, and if I was trying to get pics of younger people ( freaked out and practically screamed no! I’m not a pedophile btw and they believed me.) and they ended up driving me home and told my older sis what happened. Afterwards, they said they wouldn’t charge me or anything, but did make me talk to my counselor about the dangers of the “internet” and told me not to do it again….

Does this mean I was arrested? Or charged? Would this be in police records? I am trying to get a new visa, and it said ” you must not be convicted of a felony, a significant misdemeanor, or three misdemeanors, or otherwise be a threat to national or public security” am I ok? I’m 18 now, trying to get my deferred action for children’s work visa

P.S – never went to court either, so i dont think i was ever charged
