So my girlfriend, my mother and myself live in Section 8 housing in MO. My girlfriend was not on the lease, my landlord said it wasn’t an issue. Our lease agreement needed to be updated and we went to add her to the tenant list and my landlord started to fill the paperwork. When we thought we had it all done, it wasn’t and the cops were called. My girlfriend never got a warning from the officer that responded. If she leaves for 3 nights and comes back, will she be charged, warned, or will it be ok?
