I curse a city clerk over the phone and now the judge is issuing me a citation for using profanity over the phone can he do that if I wasn’t in court but in my home talking on the phone I only use the words ass damn and hell.? Don’t I have a right to freedom of speech and there a amendment I’m sure that protect my right to voice my opinion?
