I live in the state of alabama I went before the judge me n my attorney I advised my attorney that I wasn’t paying anymore money to the courts I was going through financial hardships like my water being cut off n I had to get it back on by me being unemployed for 3 months prior n if I can do community service well my lawyer ask for community service by the judge because I was having financial hardships unemployed only thing is I have a job just started so the judge call me back to court in front of him n said I deliberately lied to the court n he is having a contempt of court hearing n I said no I didn’t cause I didn’t say anything out of my mouth so how can he hold me in contempt when my lawyer was talking but not me n that’s not what I advised my lawyer of I only said to him I had financial hardships I wasn’t paying them anymore money and I wanted community service no fines n then they said I had a warrant from 2011 that was issued 2months ago in 2015 so I called the following day after leaving court n wanted to know where it came from n why is it now surfacing well I was transferred throughout to different clerks spoken maybe to the same ones so I got upset because they just transferring me and won’t tell me anything so after telling my story again I ask to speak with the supervisor while talking with her she said she’ll connect me to another supervisor cause she only deal with traffic so I speak to the correct supervisor whole explaining what happen I used the words ass and damn and hell and now the judge is calling me back to court to serve me a citation because I use profanity over the phone can he do that is my question????
