I have a question say someone was arrested for domestic abuse but the victim wants the contact order drooped bc the person that got arrested has never been that way before and they want to work things out. If they moved back in together and proved they are working on things would they help them get a lesser charge compared to them not working things out with the victim and not proving they are trying to work on things. Thank you
