AsktheJudge.info is an educational site for and about teens and the law. In other words, we help answer teens’ questions concerning their legal rights when they are going through a particular situation. We are not a homework help site. We applaud you for attempting to study for the test, but it sounds like you may need to put a little more time into this class by doing some research. The general answer to most of your questions is to find a local attorney who specializes in the type of case/matter at issue. For example, for cases involving minors being busted for truancy, underage consumption, buying cigarettes, etc., the minor (and his/her parents) could try consulting with a local juvenile law attorney or criminal defense attorney. Good luck studying for your test.
