so i was charged and plead guilty to petty theft in state of colorado.. my first offense i qualified for the diversion program had to do 24 useful public service hr and pay fine.. i didnt do my hr or pay all of my fine.. so the judge revoked the diversion and gave me an extension so i can finish my hr and pay my fine.. i go to court tomorrow and i am short 10 hr and i dont have the money to pay my fine.. am i going to jail
