Not cool!! Spiking your teacher’s drink

Two students at Sequoyah Middle School in Washington thought it would be funny to add some Ipecac syrup to their art teacher’s coffee. [Ipecac induces vomiting]
39-year-old Terese Pense drank some of her coffee and became ill. She was hospitalized for treatment and released the same day. The students admitted their deed and were immediately expelled.

The 13 and 14-year-old boys were also arrested on April 13, 2009 and the juvenile court judge ordered that they remain in detention pending further investigation. She also ordered that the 13-year-old could be released once electronic monitoring was arranged.
